Salon Deposits & Cancellation Policy
To secure a booking we require a 50% non-refundable deposit per person/booking. We will not consider a booking confirmed until this deposit is received.
All payments are strictly non-refundable.
The deposit payment will be forfeited if you cancel on the day of your appointment.
Your deposit will automatically be converted to a credit if you cancel before the day of your appointment.
If a credit is granted, it will have a 12 month expiration from the date of cancellation.
All remaining in-salon booking payments are to be paid on the date of service via EFT or sighted bank transfer. We are a cash-free establishment. Personal Cheques will not be accepted.
If you have not paid a deposit and do not attend your appointment, 50% of the No Show booking will be applied to your next purchase or service with us.
